CNC Tooling Workshop

Pressing Workshop
Automatically finishes the processes of feeding, stretching, pressing, shaping, punching, cutting, and flanging.
Welding Workshop
Multiple spot-welding production lines use Panasonic welding machines with multi-station automatic welding.
Electrophoresis Workshop
Silane Electrophoresis: Free from harmful metals and phosphorus, non-polluting. Our high-standard, eco-friendly line resists neutral salt spray for 240+ hours. Output: 10,000 units/8-hour shift.
Drum Brake Assembly Workshop
The assembly of drum brakes adopt the semi-automatic assembly line in the industry, which has the ability to process visual inspection and parameter control and cooperates with the MES system to record the production process data in real time.
